Its unique interior courtyard opens on the starry sky, matched only by its contemporary design combining a palette of red and black colors, max domes spreading a soft light,and minimalist furniture, including Charles Eames chairs.

About the stamps
On the postcard 3112
The stamp was issued on September 12, 2016 to celebrate the centenarry of the birth of Léo Ferré 1916-1993. It was created by Christian Guémy alias C215, with a layout by Marion Favreau, according to a photo of Hubert Grooteclaes. Léo Ferré was a French-born Monégasque poet and composer, and a dynamic and controversial live performer, whose career in France dominated the years after the WWII until his death. Some of his songs have become classics of the French chanson repertoire.

The stamp, designed by Stéphan Agosto, was issued on September 29, 2017 to mark The 150th Anniversary of Military Transmissions.
