Feissons-sur-Salins is a small mountain village in central France, located at 60km north-west from Annecy. Its average altitude is 1260m. The 198 residents of the village live on a total area of 5 km2.
About the stamps
The first stamp was issued on May 25, 1989, to mark the Plenipotentiary Conference of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), which took place on Nice in 1989. About the second, which was issued to mark the Centenary of the Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité, I wrote here.
